Any additional work requested by the client will be charged separately after approval.
3. Advance Payment
An advance payment may be required before starting the work.
Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced or materials have been procured, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as site readiness, material availability, weather conditions, or client-side delays.
Balaji Works will make all reasonable efforts to complete the work within the agreed timeframe.
5. Materials & Quality
Materials used will be as discussed and approved with the client.
Natural variations in color, texture, and finish of materials like wood, PVC, or laminates are normal and not considered defects.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client must ensure site access, electricity, water, and necessary permissions (if applicable).
Any delays caused due to site unavailability or client-side issues may impact the project timeline.
7. Warranty & Liability
Warranty (if any) applies only to workmanship and is limited to the terms discussed during project confirmation.
Balaji Works is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, third-party interference, or structural issues beyond our scope of work.
8. Cancellations
Project cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Payments made for completed work or purchased materials will not be refunded.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Balaji Works and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
Balaji Works reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
